Support and Maintenance Services for Hydrological Forecasting System

The Bureau requires the services of a Contractor to support and maintain the Bureau's Hydrological Forecasting System (HyFS) - a flood forecasting and warning system in accordance with Schedule 1 of the RFQ.
The HyFS Forecasting System will replace the current operational flood forecasting system (HyModel) over a period of six months in a phased manner beginning July 2015.
The Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Bureau considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:
a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time; and
b. the Tenderer meets the essential requirements.
The resultant contract is expected to commence July 2015 for a 4 years period with 2 x 3 years extension options at the Bureau's discretion.
