Establishment of Panel of Providers for Learning and Development Programs

The department provides staff with a range of development opportunities to gain or enhance, their skill or level of knowledge essential to good performance, good public administration and the ongoing work priorities of the department. The aim of the panel is to achieve excellence in program design and delivery by combining the knowledge and insights of a range of providers with the department's understanding of the demands and challenges it expects to face during the term of the panel.

The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth), the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), and Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 (Cth) and obligations under relevant occupational health and safety laws. |

The tenderer must have addressed and satisfied each of the conditions of participation in Attachment 3. |
