The ATO is seeking to establish a panel of suppliers to provide a managed workforce solution to perform Services - servicing customers directly and indirectly - for the ATO and other Australian Government agencies (Authorised Agency) that may wish to access those Services.

To achieve the above the ATO is looking for Suppliers that are market leaders in providing:
·    Large scale workforce with service delivery capabilities;
·    The capacity to respond to service delivery work volumes within the projected timeframes;
·    A proven track record in delivering similar services and outcomes;
·    Flexibility, scalability and ability to rapidly expand capacity;
·    Account management expertise; and
·    A commitment to enhance service delivery outcomes for government.

  • Tenderer (and each subcontractor that Tenderer identifies in its Tender) must – if it’s an organisation to which the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) applies – comply with that Act.
  • Tenderer (and each subcontractor that Tenderer identifies in its Tender) must not be named in the Consolidated list referred to in Regulation 40 the Charter of United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008 (Cth).
  • Tenderer (and each subcontractor that Tenderer identifies in its Tender) must not have any unpaid claims in respect of judicial decisions (other than decisions subject to appeal) made against it relating to employee entitlements.  
  • Tenderer and any nominated subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not at the time of Tender be listed as terrorists under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth).

The ATO proposes to enter into Deeds of Standing Offer with the successful Tenderer/s for a term of three (3) years with two (2) x two (2) year options.
