Tender Room Victoria Barracks Melbourne (VBM-D-LG) 256-310 ST Kilda Rd, Southbank VIC 3006. All Request For Quotation (RFQ) responses must be marked attention of the VBM Tender Room. Hand delivered tenders must be delivered via the "North Gate" (St Kilda Road) between the hours of 08:30am to 12:30pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and between the hours of 08:30am to 12:30pm and 2.00pm and 3.00pm on Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Tenders will not be accepted outside these hours. Tenders delivered on the closing date must be delivered before 12.00pm (noon).
