Description:

The Department requires the Service Provider(s) to provide:

· fully managed Mainframe Services including the provision of all Service Provider Personnel, Equipment, Software, and other Resources used in providing Mainframe Infrastructure and Services for Mainframe data processing.

· a Single Point of Contact (One-stop-shop) Service Desk for Department Personnel to report issues, ask ICT related questions, or request information/services relating to all of the Department's ICT Services.

· support and management of the End User Computing Environment.

· fully managed storage area network services for Midrange and End User Computing Servers.

· support of Midrange Server Equipment.

· Professional Services.

An optional industry briefing will be held on 25 June 2012. Industry briefing participants must register to attend. Details regarding the industry briefing are included in the RFT Instructions, part One.
