The successful Tenderer will review the four schedules listed below, which refer to National Environment Protection Measure Health Investigation Level for Contaminated sites and develop additional Health Investigation Levels as required:
1.Schedule B(1) Guideline on the investigation levels for soil and groundwater.
2.Schedule B(4) Guideline on Health Risk Assessment methodology
3.Schedule B(7a) Guideline on Health-based Investigation Levels
4.Schedule B(7b) Guideline on Exposure Scenarios and Exposure Settings.

The Conditions for Participation are:
(a) the Tenderer must not be bankrupt or insolvent at the time of submitting a Tender;
(b) the Tenderer must nominate a single legal entity which would enter into any resultant Contract with the NHMRC;
(c) the Tenderer must be willing, if Preferred, to enter into a Contract with the NHMRC and any other agency.
