PROCUREMENT OF FACILITIES REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON CHRISTMAS ISLAND.
The Department requires Services to be performed in the following categories:
a. Mechanical Maintenance Services;
b. Fire Maintenance Services;
c. Electrical Maintenance Services;
d. Hydraulic Maintenance Services;
e. Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Services;
f. Vehicle and Machinery Maintenance Services;
g. Building Structures and Components Maintenance Services;
h. Cleaning and Waste Management Services;
i. Landscape and Horticultural Maintenance Services;
j. Vermin and Pest Control Services;
k. Management of Assets; and
l. Maintenance of Assets.
Tenderers have the opportunity to attend a site inspection. The site inspection is optional, for further details refer to the Request for Tender.
