Description:

The Commonwealth is seeking tenders for the supply of electricity and associated services to contestable Commonwealth Government Departments and Agencies with sites in the ACT. The total requirement is for approximately 395 GWh per annum.

Conditions for Participation:

The conditions for participation are set out at clause 3.4 of the Conditions of Tender and will be determined as “met” or “not met”.

Tenders that do not meet the conditions for participation specified at clause 3.4 will be automatically disqualified unless it is clear that a tenderer has made an unintentional error of form.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Expected commence date is 1 July 2016. Contract duration to be up to four years with one year extension option.
