Legal Education Services for Australian Defence Force Legal Services (ADFLS)
The provision of legal education services, including (1) vocational education and training and (2) academic education, for Defence's permanent and reserve legal officers, comprising Legal Training Modules (LTM) 2 and 3.
LTM2 will comprise the equivalent of four 5-day intensive subjects, specifically tailored to Defence's requirements and will be developed for delivery in consultation with Defence subject matter experts. LTM2 will result in the award of, at least, a Graduate Certificate under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
LTM3 will comprise the equivalent of three intensive subjects (minimum 3 days residential per subject) that are specifically tailored for Defence, along with such other remaining subjects as required for the award of a Master's degree. These further subjects will be the standard university postgraduate elective subjects.
Subject to who is selected as the successful tenderer(s), the Contractor(s) will also be required to work with Defence in managing any transition arrangements for current students and the lead-in times for course development.
Potential contractors may bid for either LTM2, LTM3 or both.
