Passive Seismic Equipment
The system should comprise all required hardware, acquisition and processing software required to:
(a) monitor natural and induced seismicity, micro-seismicity and ambient noise at project sites;
(b) detect, locate and estimate subsurface stress characteristics, faults, fractures, microseismic and other types of earthquake energy; and
(c) provide an early warning system for possible induced micro-earthquake activity, imaging of faults, fractures and injection/depletion fronts with passive seismic energy.
• Subject to Clause 3.8, Unintentional Errors of Form,CSIRO will exclude a Tenderer from further consideration and evaluation if CSIRO considers in its absolute discretion that the conditions for participation set out in this clause have not been met by the Tenderer. Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Tender, only requirements listed in this clause will be deemed conditions for participation.
• The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Tender Closing Date and Time
(b) At the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must not have been:
i. precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work; or
ii. subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim.
The Preferred Tenderer or Tenderers will be required to enter into a Contract with CSIRO for an initial period of one year, with provision to extend the term of the Contract for up toone further period of 12 months. The Contract will permit CSIRO to purchase Goods and Services from the Preferred Tenderer or Tenderers at such times and in quantities as CSIRO shall require.
