The main purpose of the Executive Leadership Program (the program) is to develop strategic leadership and organisational capabilities within the Treasury. The successful Tenderer will develop, deliver and evaluate, in partnership with the Department, tailored modules which will contribute to a strategic leadership program for EL2 staff and experienced EL1 team leaders within the Corporate Services Group.
