REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT) FOR THE SUPPLY OF AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE FORCE RECRUITING SERVICES
The Department of Defence is seeking tenders from industry that can provide Australian Defence Force Recruiting Services.
Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) provides recruiting services to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) in accordance with Service standards and policies through a collaborative relationship with a Contractor.
DFR uses a combination of innovative marketing and recruitment methods, state of the art technology and highly trained, dedicated and effective personnel to achieve the DFR Mission and to meet the Contract Objectives.
As a key component of the ADF recruiting system, the DFR Mission is to recruit the right people, in the right numbers and at the right time, by focusing on the needs of the ADF and Candidates.
An industry briefing will be held at the R1 Theatrette, Russell Offices, ACT commencing at 12:30pm on Friday 8 July 2011. Further information on the industry brief can be found at Part 1, Conditions of Tender clause 2.7.
