The objective of this tender is to seek out a Contractor with the capability and experience to implement a modern drawing management system preferably in an offsite hosted scenario.

The contractor must fully implement an EDMS and migrate

existing Drawing Register data and metadata to the new

platform. The new EDMS must be accessible securely

through the internet. Delivery of user and systems

dministrator training is also required.
