ATO - Corporate Health Services

The Australian Taxation Office is invites tenders from suitably qualified and experience providers to provide a range of health and medical services and programs to the Tax Office.
The Tax Office intends to establish a panel of providers under a standing offer arrangement for a period of two years, with two 1-year extension options.
The Services include:
- Management, Reporting and Clinical Governance
- Pre-employment Medical Services
- Organisational Health, and
- Fitness for Duty and Early Intervention
It is expected that the successful tenderers will be able to provide the required services nationally and to all Tax Office locations.
Tenderers must satisfy the requirements of the Medical Indemnity (Prudential Supervision and Product Standards) Act 2003(Cth) (Act) in relation to the minimum level of medical indemnity insurance held. All tenderers must hold medical indemnity insurance of at least $5 million per year, payable on a per event basis.
The Tax Office will hold a briefing for Registered Tenderers at 3pm EST Monday 30th July 2007 (multiple locations).
Attendance at the briefing is not compulsory; however, the Tax Office strongly recommends attendance.
Tenderers must pre-register their proposed attendance at the briefing with the Contact Officer.
Tenderers are requested to pre-register their attendance no later than the close of business on Wednesday 25 July 2007.
