CONSTRUCTION AND DECOMMISSIONING OF THE AUSTRALIAN PAVILION AT THE WORLD EXPO 2025, OSAKA JAPAN
This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) is the first stage in a two-stage procurement process to identify and engage a construction contractor (contractor) to build and decommission the Australian Pavilion (Pavilion) for the Expo in Osaka. DFAT’s preference is to engage a construct only contract, but the contractor may also be asked to complete aspects of the design for the Pavilion, depending upon the expertise and capability of the short-listed tenderers and the outcome of this EOI process. The second stage will be a Request for Tender (RFT) process with tenderers selected by DFAT from the REOI stage.
