JP2008Ph5B2 - Wideband Satellite Capability - Satellite Ground Station East & Network Management System
This notice is to invite tenders for the JP2008PH5B2 Wideband Satellite Capability – Satellite Ground Station East (SGS-E) & Network Management System (NMS).
Phase 5B2 (JP2008PH5B2) will deliver a Satellite Ground Station in the East of Australia (SGS-E) for the Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) program and a Wideband SATCOM Network Management System (NMS).
UNCLASSIFIED RFT documentation will be made available via AusTender. Other supporting documentation marked with the Dissemination Limiting Marker FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY (FOUO), will be distributed electronically via CD/DVD to interested parties, upon request, on the undertaking that information is managed in accordance with ‘Security Guidelines for Transfer of FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY information’.
All requests for FOUO RFT documentation are to be directed via email to the Project Office JP2008.PH5B2@defence.gov.au.
FOUO information is not to be viewed, processed or stored on any Information and Communications Technology (ICT) system that is not accredited by Defence or identified as being compliant with the Australian Government ‘G’ Controls as mandated in the Information Security Manual (ISM). Where accredited or ‘G’ compliant systems are not available, FOUO may be furnished via CD/DVD provided it is loaded to a computer that is not connected to the internet and is sanitised in accordance with the Information Security Manual (ISM) after completion of the activity requiring access to the FOUO information.
The Commonwealth reserves the right to not proceed with the Joint Project 2008 Phase 5B2 RFT in whole or in part.
