DIBP is seeking a professional partnership to uplift its delivery capability for the development of applications on its Pega technology platform.
DIBP is also seeking professional services to undertake a review of its existing governance arrangements in relation to the development of Pega applications, identify capability gaps, and support the maturation of the Enterprise Process Management office in governing the use of the Pega platform within DIBP.
Industry Brief: Details of the Industry Briefing are:

Attendance at the Industry Briefing is not a Condition for Participation.
Tenderers are required to pre-register their attendance for the Industry Briefing. Tenderers will be provided further details of the Industry Briefing, including the time and venue as part of the registration process. See Terms and Conditions Clause 8 and Attachment E – Further Materials and Industry Briefing Registration Form.
Please Note: There will be a freeze on this RFT during the period of 23rd December 2016 to 2nd January 2017 inclusive. During this period no clarifying questions are to be submitted and no addenda will be issued.
Conditions for Participation
(a) Tenderers must be, or have the ability to become before contract execution, either a Pega Strategic Consulting Partner or a Pega Systems Integrator Partner.
A Registered Business Partner or Technology Partner is insufficient to meet the requirement for this Participation.
