Project Management services for the Extension to Administration Wing of the National Museum of Australia

The National Museum of Australia seeks the provision of Project Management/Superintendent Services for the construction of the Administration Extension wing. The services include but are not limited to
- Development of tender documentation for the construction works in conjunction with the Museum Project Manager
- Managing design team, construction contractors and all other relevant consultants and contractors
- Assessing and certifying progress payments
- Authorising contract variations
- Managing project meetings, project program
- Developing and managing risk management plans
- Cost planning and management
- Relocation management
- Post occupancy evaluation services
