Provision, recruitment and management of sessional intrepreters
Centrelink is seeking a single source of supply to provide a quality national sessional interpreter service (Services) effective from 29 July 2008.
The Services include the provision of professional interpreters at specified times and at specified Centrelink Customer Service Centres and Call Centres across Australia as well as the recruitment and management of professional interpreters.
(a) The Tenderer must have the ability to provide suitably qualified, professional interpreters who meet Centrelink’s requirements in the locations and at the times required by Centrelink;
(b) The Tenderer must manage and administer the sessional interpreters; and
(c) The Tenderer must have in place a quality assurance process.
