Description:

Finance is seeking providers to deliver services in four key areas:

Service Area 1.1 – delivery of tailored training programs for Finance employees across a range of programs including leadership, professional skills training, Graduate Development Program, Career Enhancer Training Program, and Career Starter Program

Service Area 1.2 – facilitation services for Finance employees

Service 1.3 – executive coaching and career coaching services for Finance employees

Service 1.4 – delivery of tailored training programs for Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984 (MOPS(S) Act) employees

Other Instructions:

Service Areas 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 will primarily be delivered in Canberra, ACT. Service Area 1.4 will be delivered in all Australian States.
