Description:

The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide general lake maintenance services for Lake Burley Griffin. The works will include general maintenance, upkeep and minor capital works for lake assets, general maintenance and upkeep of shorelines, invasive weed monitoring and control and assistance of the NCA in the management functions of the Lake.

An optional tender briefing is proposed for Monday 11 July 2022 from 9am to 12pm. Please register your interest in attending the briefing by following the instructions in the RFT. Questions can be provided to the contact officer up to Friday 22 July 2022 and an addendum will be published to all tenderers.

Conditions for Participation:

A complete tender must be provided by close of the tender period. Late tenders will not be considered.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The initial contract term is 5 years from 20 September 2022 to 19 September 2027.

There is an optional 3 year extension to 20 September 2030.
