Provision of the Manufacture, Supply, Fitment and Removal of Decals for AFP Operational Vehicles

The AFP requires a Service Provider for the Manufacture, Supply, Fitment and Removal of Decals to AFP Operational Vehicles.
AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that the Tender does not meet the following Conditions for Participation:
(a) the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time and Date (see clause 2.5); and
(b) compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009.
The AFP will not enter into an Agreement with suppliers who have had a judicial decision against them (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim. Tenderers are required to provide confirmation of this issue in Schedule 4 - Tenderers Details.
The Contract is expected to commence on 1 May 2013 and conclude on 30 April 2016.
