Provision of Computer Aided Drafting Services

The Department of Parliamentary Services is seeking to engage a single service provider to provide drafting services. One of DPS's functions is to manage and maintain over 25,000 engineering drawings and some 215 custom written system and equipment manuals covering the building and all major services within it
The services are to be provided on site at the Australian Parliament House and include the conversion of approximatley 22,300 drawings into MicroStation CAD format (.dgn) and will cover services such as: architectural; electrical lighting and luminaries; electrical power; hydraulics; fire protection; mechanical(HVAC); and landscape.

It is expected that the services will be in place by March 2009
