The services required cover two types of accommodation.

1. Servicing the AFP Training College, Barton by providing two, three or four bedroom apartments, within 15 minutes walking distance from the College; or

2. Servicing the Wanggirrali Ngurrumbai Centre, Majura Road, by providing twin share motel style accommodation, within 8 kilometres of the Centre.

Tenderers may bid for any or all of the services, consistent with their preference and expertise as expressed in their tender response.
