The Commonwealth of Australia acting through the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry is seeking tenders for the following services related to the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) detector dogs based at Tullamarine International Airport and Melbourne Gateway Facility (Mail Centre) in Melbourne, Victoria.
Part A - Provision of dog kennelling and services; and/or
Part B - Dog transportation and services.
The operations of Tullamarine and the Gateway vary across rosterd shifts, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Tenderers have the option of tendering for either part A (kennelling services) or part B (transport services) or both parts A & B together. The evaluation process may therefore result in separate tenderers being selected to provide different parts of the services or a single tenderer being selected to provide all of the services. Tenderers should note that the department reserves the right, as part of determining best overall value for money under the RFT, to give preference to a single provider for both parts A & B of the services.
