Description:

The NHMRC is seeking a Service Provider to provide the following services:
• A complete refresh of all ICT equipment;
• Service Desk and Service Management;
• Desktop, File, Print, Email and Remote Access Services;
• Internet, Web Hosting and Secure Gateway Services;
• Business Application Infrastructure;
• Network Services; and
• A range of supporting Services.

The NHMRC has approximately 225 users in Canberra and 25 users in Melbourne at the National Institute of Clinical Studies (NICS). The NHMRC operates an Internet and Intranet site, as well as a number of corporate and business applications. Current ICT Services are managed under a range of contracts that expire in either June 2009 or December 2009.
