Comcover Actuarial Services (CAS) Tender
Canberra
The services include a range of actuarial services in support of specified general insurance requirements including:
1. calculation and reporting of net outstanding claims liabilities to be provided on a quarterly basis during the term (as of September, December, March, June)
2. annual calculation and reporting, in about December each year during the term, of the total premiums required for the subsequent financial year (the Premium Pool), including:
a. central estimate: and
b. 75% level of adequacy.
3. additional services that Finance may require.
Tenderers will need to complete the Confidentiality Deed Poll and provide it to the Contact Officer at CAS@finance.gov.au in order to receive an Information Pack (attachment N to the Request for Tender).
The Conditions for Participation applicable to this RFT process are that the Tenderer must have an Australian Business Number or foreign equivalent.
Initial term of 3 years plus 2 x 1 year extensions.
