Provision of Recruitment Solutions Panel

The Department aims to establish a panel of service providers to be responsible for developing and delivering all or part of the following requirements: a) referral of suitable candidates, or the ability to attract these candidates. b) management of bulk and individual selection processes. c) management of the specialised recruitment programs. d) executive search services for Executive Level and SES Level staff. e) provision of candidate testing. f) coordination and running of Assessment Centres, and. g) management of contract staff (i.e. labour hire arrangements.
The exact nature of the Services to be provided will vary according to needs over time and the nature of the requirement. It may include, but is not limited to: a) press and/or Internet recruitment advertising campaigns. b) candidate database and/or network search. c) candidate screening and shortlist preparation. d) coordination of interview schedules. e) coordination and running of Assessment Centres. f) candidate testing, including psychometric. g) candidate reference checking. h) contractor management, and. i) scribing services for specialised recruitment programs.
It is anticipated the Service will be for a 3 year period. Two additional extensions of 1 year duration may be granted to the provider/s at the end of the initial tender period at the Department’s discretion.
