Minesweeping Drone System (MDS) Procurement
In order to meet capability requirements for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN), the MCDSPO is procuring two (2) Minesweeping Drone Systems including Vessels, Trailers and Remote Control Systems (collectively known as MDS) and initial ILS deliverables, which will tow existing RAN equipment and allow the RAN to conduct minesweeping operations remotely.
This procurement includes the delivery of each MDS with all ancillary equipment, conduct of initial operator and maintainer training, and Ad Hoc Services which may be requested by the Commonwealth throughout the term of the contract in accordance with the draft Statements of Work (SOWs).
For documents where tenderer input is required, a Microsoft Word or Excel document has been provided in addition to a PDF file. Where any discrepancy arises between these two formats, the PDF takes precedence.
