The required services are generally described as handyman services. The services will generally be required during business hours and are to be performed on a nominated scheduled day or days each week.
Respondents to this RFT should be aware of this requirement and be regularly available to perform the services on the agreed scheduled day.
Depending on the nature and / or location of some tasks there may be from time to time a requirement for the services to be performed after hours, including nights and weekends.

There are no conditions for participation in this RFT.

It is anticipated that the services will be delivered under a panel arrangement with an initial period of three years and two options for extension of one year each, subject to satisfactory performance.
