The key objective of this RFT is to establish a panel of national and regional service providers for:
(a) the provision of a range of allied health and medical services and programs:
Allied Health Services

workstation assessments;

initial needs assessments;

rehabilitation services;
-
allied health programs; and
-
allied consultancy services.
Medical Services
-
medical assessments;
-
health checks;
-
medical health programs; and
-
medical consultancy services.
(b) the provision of strategic consultancy services on employee health matters to reduce the risk of workplace injury.
