This request for tender (RFT) is for the supply of "off the shelf" medical and dental equipment. The equipment being sought has been grouped into standard medical industry categories (Product Categories). The Commonwealth intends to establish a panel of standing offers with suppliers. Tenderers can submit a tender for one or a number of the Product Categories. A single standing offer will be established with each successful tenderer.
Subject to the conditions of tender, the proposed schedule for evaluation and negotiation is as follows.
- RFT release: 9 March 2011
- Industry briefing: 24 March 2011
- RFT Closing date: 18 April 2011
- Tender Evaluation: April-June 2011
- Negotiations: Commencing June 2011
- Deed Signatures: Commencing July-December 2011
