Provision of:
- General Lake Maintenance for the daily management of Lake Burley Griffin including beaches, jetties, pontoons, buoys and buoy lines and other Lake assets
- Specific Works to maintain and enhance the functional, ornimental and aesthetic aspects and values of the Lake including minor replacement or restoration work to Lake assets or activities
- flood clean-up works following major flood events including the removal of accumulated debris and site remediation and miscellaneous repair services to Lake infrastructure

Contract term is for three years with the option of a further term of up to three years.
There is no site visit or industry briefing for this tender.

The NCA will exclude any Tender from consideration if the NCA considers that the Tenderer:
- is not a legal entity at the Closing Time 10 June 2016;
- is precluded from tendering from Commonwealth funded work; or
- is subject to a judicial decision relating to employee entitlement.
