Digitisation Services Standing Offer Panel
The service provider is to provide the following digitalisation services:
a. Initiation;
b. Test, evaluation and scanning;
c. Reconditioning of the documents / files;
d. Digital product delivery;
e. Project Finalisation.
In addition to these services the service provider(s) may provide the following optional services:
f. Sentencing of physical source documents / files;
g. Disposal of original physical documents / files; and
h. Storage of physical source documents / files / digital product.

The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the tenderer does not comply with the Commonwealth’s security requirements set out in clause 2.7 of the Conditions of Tender; or the requirements (if any) identified as essential in the draft Scope of Services.
The standing offer panel is effective for an initial three year period with two twelve month extension options.
