The ACCC is seeking to establish a panel arrangement for the provision of legal document management services, primarily the processing of electronic and hard copy material into a compatible format for import into the ACCC’s on-premise Ringtail™ system.
Any questions relating to this ATM must be submitted in writing to rfo@accc.gov.au and directed to the Customer’s Contact Officer
In addition to the requirements set out in the Contract terms and conditions, the supplier will maintain records of custody for all original material for the purpose of providing chain of custody reports, if requested. This information will include the personnel and the relevant dates and times of custody of the original material
The contract is expected to commence December 2016 and terminate on 31 December 2018.
The contract may be extended at ACCC's discretion for further periods of 12 months with the total contract term not to exceed 5 years.
