ABCB ICT Infrastructure

The objective of this procurement is to ensure the continuing ability of the ABCB to deliver timely, flexible and scalable infrastructure in support of the authoring and delivery of the National Construction Code, associated products and other ancillary requirements.
The ABCB prefers that any solution proposed is:
(i) adaptable to changing ABCB needs and requirements in regards to scale and scope of services provided.
(ii) compliant with Whole-of-Federal-Government ICT policies
(iii) a cloud first solution whenever possible and appropriate

Accordingly, the Department invites suitably qualified Cloud Service Broker/Integrators to submit a tender for ABCB ICT Infrastructure and Services.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
The tenderer must be able to provide an ASD Certified Gateway and ASD Certified Cloud Services based on the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM).
The anticipated timeframe for the contract is one year with four options to extend for a period of 12 months each.
