Property Management Services
The Bureau requires the provision of a number of property management services provided by a single contractor to support the management of its national property portfolio of leased and owned properties. The types of services required on an exclusive basis include:
· Strategic Support and Portfolio Management Services;
· Lease Management Services;
· Building Services Contracts;
· Financial Management Services;
· Environmental Management System Services;
· Management Information System;
· Contract Relationship and Performance Management Services.
The types of services required on a non exclusive basis include:
· Strategic and Market Advice;
· Environmental Expertise and Advice;
· Disposal of Property;
Property Inspections.
Submissions should address the evaluation criteria specified in para 7.1.1 of Part 1 of the RFT.
The Minimum Content and Format Requirements, Conditions for Participation and Essential Requirements are specified in paras 9.3 to 9.5 of Part 1 of the RFT.
