Conditions for Participation:

Refer to Conditions of Tender Clause 3.4.1 The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the tenderer does not comply with:
a. the Commonwealth's security requirements set out in clause 1.12 and 1.13; or
b. the conflict of interest requirements set out in clause 2.11
