The Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman seeks to identify organisations capable of providing generalist (consistent with Australian Public Service Levels) and/or specialist candidates and recruitment support services.
Specialist disciplines include, but are not limited to:
~ workplace relations
~ law
~ accounting
~ communications
~ information technology
~ candidate attraction strategies
~ job vacancy advertising design, including for one-off positions and bulk recruitment campaigns
~ application tracking and candidate management
~ candidate screening
~ interviewing
~ assessment (e.g. assessment centres and/or skills, psychometric or behavioural assessment)
~ interview scribing (including preparation of written selection
reports).
The Conditions for Participation are:
a) The Tenderer and subcontractors must not be bankrupt;
b) The Tenderer and its subcontractors must not be named as not complying with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999. (For Australian companies only)
c) The Tenderer and its subcontractors must not be named on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorists under the Charter of United Nations (Anti-Terrorism Measures) Regulations 2001.
