Description:

The Commonwealth, represented by and acting through the Department of the Treasury (the Treasury), invites Tenders for the provision of domestic and international freight and courier services (the Services), in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Tender (RFT).

Conditions for Participation:

The Conditions for Participation applicable to this RFT process are that the Tenderer and its subcontractors must:

• not be named as not complying with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth);

• not have any unpaid claims in respect of judicial decisions (other than decisions subject to appeal) made against the Tenderer or its subcontractors relating to employee entitlements; and

• be a registered Security Construction and Equipment Committee (SCEC) endorsed courier.

Timeframe for Delivery:

12 March 2012 to 12 March 2015, with options to extend.
