The PSM Program is an established national middle management development strategy initiated by the public sector in 1989. The Program is a partnership between Commonwealth, State/Territory and Local Governments. The Program is overseen by a National Board, made up of representatives from all jurisdictions, (the Partners). The Board is supported by a National Secretariat located at the Australian Public Service Commission. The Program acquires accreditation and support services from universities as described in the RFT documentation. The Australian Public Service Commission is facilitating this procurement process on behalf of all Partners.
