The scope of work for the SI implementing the PMKeyS Technical Refresh is to undertake the following activities:
• Migration of the existing PMKeyS HR functionality, as is, to the latest version of PeopleSoft;
• Implementation of existing payroll functionality for the APS, Military Compensation (MILCOMP) and Officers and Instructors of Cadets into PeopleSoft Global Payroll.
• Implementation of Reserve Pay functionality, currently managed in CENRESPAYII, into PeopleSoft Global Payroll;
• Rebuild of PMKeyS Self Service (PSS) in the latest version of PeopleSoft web presentation layer;
• Provide technical support in the establishment of the required ICT infrastructure to support the Technical Refresh;
• Implementation of Security;
• Integration Broker configuration;
• Training Needs Analysis;
• Training Development and Delivery;
• Update User Support Documentation;
• Change Management
