The Department of Finance and Deregulation (Finance) is issuing a Request for Tender to establish a panel for the provision of Stationery and Office Supplies (SOS) and services to Australian Government Departments and Agencies subject to the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (FMA Act), and available to Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 (CAC Act) bodies where appropriate.

The Data Room will be available from 23 June 2011, and will close on 20 July 2011.

Tenderers will need to register to obtain access through completion of a Data Room Registration Form and Deed Poll. Refer to RFT clause 13.2 and Part H.

NOTE:  Part E  Section1-8 have been saved in word format for ease of responding, Part E Section 9 has been saved in excel format for ease of responding, Part H has been saved in word format for ease of responding.  All other Parts have been saved in PDF format.

The arrangements are expected to commence in the first quarter 2012. The arrangements are expected to be in place for 3 years. The arrangements are expected to have two (2) x one (1) year extension options.
