Provision of Indoor Plants and Maintenance services

The Department requires a Service Provider to supply and maintain indoor plants and associated potting
Lodgement is via electronic tendering.
Email and faxed tenders will not be accepted.
The Tenderer and any nominated subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not be named as not complying with the Equal Employment Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth); and
The Tenderer and any nominated subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not, at the time of the Tender, be listed as a designated entity by the Minister for Foreign Affairs by notice in the Gazette under Section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945. A consolidated list of such persons, entities and associated assets is maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade under the Charter of the United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008.
Tenderers and any nominated subcontractors proposed in the Tender must comply with the Australian Government Fair Work Principles. More information on the Fair Work Principles and their associated User Guide can be found at www.deewr.gov.au/fairworkprinciples;
The service provider must be able to undertake plant maintenance on Business Days, being all week days other than weekends and public holidays, to all Departmental premises
