Description:

The Australian Government Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (the Department) invites suitably qualified organisations to tender for the provision of communication-related market research services as a member of a Communication Market Research Panel.

It is intended that the scope of these services may include:
• Developmental research (both qualitative and quantitative)
• Conceptual material testing
• Benchmarking and tracking
• Evaluation of the awareness and effectiveness of communication and education campaigns
• Recommend improvements to communication and education campaigns based on research
• Audience research – eg English speaking, Indigenous and non-English speaking, rural and remote Australians – to determine preferred methods of communication for each target audience.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenders must address the conditions of tender specified in Attachment D (Conditions of Tender) of the RFT documentation.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The timeframe for the delivery of the above Contract Services will be for three years with two options for extension, each for a 12-month period.
