CSIRO is seeking submissions from freight service providers in order to establish a Standing Offer for the next five years. The aim of this Tender is to appoint one or more Suppliers to deliver the wide-ranging freight and courier services required by CSIRO globally.
It is anticipated that, based on current contract usage by CSIRO, expenditure over the life of the proposed contract would be $5.36 million GST inclusive. With multi-agency access, based on current contract usage, it is estimated that additional opportunities of approximately $4.92 million GST inclusive may also be achieved over the proposed five (5) year contract. Total value of this opportunity is estimated at approximately $10.28 million (GST inclusive).
The Tenderer must exist as a legal entity at the Tender Closing Time and Date.
At the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must not have been:
i. precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or
ii. subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim
The Tenderer must comply with all Mandatory Requirements identified in the Attachment A – Statement of Requirements.
