Managing Contractor for the ACT Consolidation Project at Black Mountain
The key objective of this project is to consolidate CSIRO’s operations onto the Black Mountain site to provide modern and efficient office and laboratory accommodation, to improve flexibility, and to encourage collaboration between the Research Divisions. This RFT is for the procurement of a managing contractor for this consolidation project.
To submit a conforming Tender:
(a) the Tender must be submitted by electronic tender via AusTender by the Closing Time and Date (and Tenders lodged by any other means, including by hand, facsimile or email, will be considered as non-conforming);
(b) the Tender must satisfy each minimum form and content requirement as follows:
(i) the Tender must remain valid for 180 days, during which period the Tenderer cannot withdraw its Tender;
(ii) the Tenderer must accept (without departure, qualification, amendment, limitation or exclusion) the Contract in Part 5, except to the extent provided for in clause 3.2 and set out by the Tenderer in Tender Schedule I - Alternative Proposals;
(iii) the Tenderer must complete and submit Tender Schedule J - Building Code 2013; and
(iv) if clause 27 applies, the Tenderer must complete and submit Tender Schedule K - Fair Work Act 2009; and
(c) the Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender (subject to subsubparagraph A below) satisfy:
(i) each condition for participation as follows:
A. the Tenderer complies with the Building Code 2013 at the time of submitting its Tender;
B. the Tenderer must not be precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or specifically excluded from participating in this tender process; and
C. if clause 27 applies, the Tenderer complies with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth); and
(ii) each additional condition for participation stated in the Tender Particulars.
The additional conditions for participation applicable to this tender process are that the Tenderer must:
(a) submit the duly executed disclaimer and confidentiality agreement in accordance with clause 6(c); and
(b) attend the industry briefing referred to in clause 2.3.
The Tenderer should note that these are additional conditions for participation in this tender process under clause 3.1(c)(ii) of the Tender Conditions.
