Provision of Occupational Health and Safety Services
Establishment of a Standing Offer Panel for the provision of Occupational Health and Safety Services, focusing on specialised/niche fields including:
Development and Management – development and implementation of OHS systems, auditing and risk management;
Prevention and Treatment – Hazardous Chemicals, Occupational Hygiene, Occupational Medicine; and Radiation – Ionising and Non-Ionising; and
Education and Training – development and delivery of OHS courses including related OHS skill sets and policy.
The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the tenderer does not comply with:
a. the Commonwealth’s security requirements set out in clause 2.7 of the Conditions of Tender; or
b. the requirements (if any) identified as essential in the SOS.
