The Catering System shall be capable of:
a. sustainable 24 hour operation; and
b. preparation, cooking and service of, up to three meals per day for up to 500 personnel over four meal periods.
The Catering systems to be procured under this RFT will consist of:
a. Kitchen;
b. In-flight Kitchen;
c. Scullery;
d. Potable Water Reticulation;
e. Waste Water Reticulation; and
f. Ice Machine
The contractor shall provide follow on support activities necessary to conduct Medium and Heavy grade repairs.
