1.1 Front Office Marketing Design Services to supply the Department of Human Services Agencies—Centrelink, Medicare, Child Support Agency known collectively throughout this document as the HS Portfolio. The Prime Supplier will have to provide:
1.2 retail marketing design
1.3 planning
1.4 interior design
(a) graphics
(b) graphics standards
(c) visual merchandising.
(d) These services will be required for, but not limited to:
(e) internal and external branding
(f) signage
(g) navigation
(h) layout
(i) merchandise display systems
1.5 security
1.6 privacy and
1.7 colour palette.
1.8 The requirement is grouped into three key categories:
(a) business as usual
(b) branding impacts on the front office
(c) flexible design solutions to meet changes in our business needs.
